Reference number

I ordered a new device earlier today and have just been provided with my tracking number. When I typed this into DPD it came up with a parcel that was delivered July 2024. Will this resolve itself or should I contact Sky?

You might get another reference closer to your delivery and if you don't and want to track it you will have to call Sky about it.

Hi @Carys1402  i have had this before, it's a reused number and once DPD have the parcel it should update to your information.
