Refere number
I have just ordered my Mobile.
It's given me a delivery date.
im wanting to change it, but you need a reference number but I haven't received one?

Have you received an delivery email or text because if so you should be able to do it via the link in it:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/delivery-sky-mobile
If you're going to be out, you can change your delivery date through the DPD website. Just follow the tracking links in your delivery emails and texts. Or sign in to Track your order.
