Recharge

Hello sky, I was facing a problem regarding the sky recharge could you tell me why is this getting happened. And there amount in my bank account which is used to be auto debit for the sim the sim recharge. But now the recharge is not getting done could you please help me with this. Thank you

You may not be aware but you haven’t contacted Sky by posting on here. This is a customer ▶️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other customers.

Your post isn't very clear. What's a Sky recharge?

As of this month, your Sky Mobile payment method has changed to Invoice. To see your bill, go to Sky.com/Mobile-Bill I have got this text 

From sky 

 But while clicking on the link it's showing the details are Incorrect.

While the time of logging in to check the invoice.

I have given a email while taking the sim, but now to see the invoice I was giving the same credentials which I had gave before.

Payments are either via a direct debit or a continuous card payment. I'm not aware of an invoice method. 

Have you called Sky about this (dial 150 free from your Sky mobile)?
