Receiving an activation code from Natwest
I am trying to set up my NatWest app and they want to send me a verification code. I have spoken to them and the messages are being sent, but it seems sky are blocking it. I spoke to Sky, and must have got someone who didn't know what I was going on about.
I then found an email address to contact Sky, but it turns out that is for businesses only.
Can anyone help?

It will be Sky that need to look in and fix this for you even if they tell you otherwise.

Did you get sorted, I am having the same problem, been into the bank and they suggested contact Sky.
If you have any contact details I can use for my problem that would be great.

I've had no luck I'm afraid. I don't seem to get through to the right person at Sky.

I made contact today, up to 72 hours and I should have a resolution, I will let you know :lia_grinning-face:

Did you get a response from them in the end? My husband is having the same issue, we asked them to add my number and I also haven't received anything which tells me that it has to be the network blocking it.

Still waiting, just about to ring them, the bank has just come back and said it has to be sky as the messages are being sent. This is from the bank below....
