Receiving an activation code from Natwest

I am trying to set up my NatWest app and they want to send me a verification code. I have spoken to them and the messages are being sent, but it seems sky are blocking it. I spoke to Sky, and must have got someone who didn't know what I was going on about. 
I then found an email address to contact Sky, but it turns out that is for businesses only. 
Can anyone help?

We're other customers - I'm afraid you'll have to persevere in contacting Sky...

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

It will be Sky that need to look in and fix this for you even if they tell you otherwise.
