My mother has received a mobile and SIM nearly 3 months ago now and I have reported to sky 5 times, still no phone calls or package that was promised every time I call, I have to go through security every time, answer bank details and don't have the email address the scammers used as didn't order, it's pathetic the level of service sky offer when fraud commited against us
