Received calls over sim change

I have received 2 calls now saying we are changing your sim card as customers have complained that signal and connection fails they say they are sending another out but nothing is this genuine they give me a password after changing my one. They are very confusing I hope this is genuine

Hi @Abridgetjones  those calls are scam calls. If you gave them any personal information or passwords immediately go to your account and change them. Usually they order new devices on your account, they are delivered to your home, they then send a courier, claiming to send them back to sky but they then have them and you are left paying for them. If phones do arrive, do not give them to anyone. See this link for more help.

Because it's scammers and not Sky!

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
