We aren't @Matilda+davey as we're customers. If this is due to swapping, according to another customer who posted on here recently, the return label was on the inside of the packaging the new device arrived in but that it was quite small and could easily be missed. They then successfully used the label and the same packaging to return.
If you’ve already disposed of that give Sky a call and ask for more packaging AND another returns label.
