Re phone calls.

I put a new SIM card in yesterday and can't make calls to Companies, Hospital, Surgery etc etc.

i can talk to my friends but says "Call Failed"

 

I am concerned that the Hospital or my Surgery can't communicate with me.  My Knee replacement Op date is being arranged.  

I need to get this sorted so I can communicate with Companies etc.

Did you activate it?
