Re instating my sky mobile payment

So I couldn't pay my phone bill for a while as I had some problems and I can now, I have payed off the unpaid debt which it has told me to re instate my calls texts and data but when I went to change my direct debt card it wouldn't let me and told me to contact them, which obviously I cannot as I can't call. 
I have tried to access a live chat help but cannot seem to do so either so I am not sure what to do.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Hi @Bisby18  have you tried calling on 150 as that still sometimes works even when restricted. 

The normal procedure is to pay what you owe, if more than 2 weeks late you may be asked to also pay the next bill. You must also set up a new continuous payment method (such as a direct debit) and then once your payment is cleared then your service will restart.
