I am currently having problems paying my sky bill can you help me by letting me pay it on the 15th

I'm afraid not @Lisaannburston as we are customers here like you but what we can say is if you bill is paid by direct debit and it fails then Sky will try again 10 days later so you do not have to make any manual payments.

 

If you pay via any other method then your mobile might be restricted until you pay the bill in full and setup a monthly payment method.
