I have had several items added to my bill for a service charge 45 from . So far I am down 150 pounds and Sky are not returning it.

Service charges are for calling 084/087 numbers.  (Premium chargeable)

 

45 is £3.60 per minute

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
