I am having problems with my home phone, I can make calls but when anyone tries to call me they get the message "you have dialled an incorrect number please try again" . Sky say it is not their problem and that the problem exists in my home. Can anyone offer me any advice?
By home phone do you mean your sky talk landline phone ?
