After presumably failing a credit check any upfront payment you’ve made should hopefully be refunded after about 14 days.

  • i was order thursday and they are cancel thursday the same day at 15:55 evening. yes my account showing credit

So within 14 days of whichever Thursday you are referring to. Refunds for this is not something the Messaging Team on here can help with.
