I ordered a phone last night but its not coming up in my orders

It can sometimes take up to 24 hours for it to appear via your orders so perhaps it will show up sometime later today.

Failing that give Sky a call tomorrow if nothing is showing there.

Due to the global IT issues Sky's phone lines were down earlier today which is why you are seeing that message which is why I would suggest leaving it until tomorrow.

In that case you will need to call for an update.

 

150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
