If you’re not already aware this is a customer helps customer forum and you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services on here.
If the issue has now been resolved you would have to speak to Sky to see if they are prepared to add a credit to your account as a good will gesture. Unlike broadband and Sky Talk landline there is no automatic compensation.

As we're other customers here, no.
However, transfer do not process at weekends - so it could be Monday.
