Phone Passcode reset

my son has managed to forget his passcode to access his iPhone 12, How do we get access to his phone now? Or reset this . Any help greatly appreciated

In short, you don't.

 

As per the article you can reset the device but you will lose all data that isn't backed up.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
