I am having a hugh problem with SKy at the moment, I am abroad and cannot receive important phone. Had to cancel important appointment etc.
38 phone calls, 44 different agents, non on them knows what they are doing or talking about.
Worst company ever. issue still not resolve after 4 days.
Stuck don't know what I shall do. So incompetent, always talking about things that are not relevant.
How irresponsible can this company be?? Unbelievable..
STILL UNRESOLVE !! I have been on the phone to them 4/5/6 hours a day. This is disgusting

Is this is problem with your mobile?

Unfortunately with my mobile phone. No incoming nor ourgoing calls
All the set ups are in place though

I have moved your posts to the Sky mobile forum
If you are abroad do you have a spend cap set and if so is it high enough to cover your stay ?
Is your phone set to abroad:
Apple:
Settings > Mobile Service > SIM Applications > Make sure this is set to Abroad..
Android:
Sky Menu App or SIM toolkit > Roaming > Make sure this is set to Abroad.

I have tried that and it doesn't work
thanks anyway. I have to call their indian call centre again
everyday for the last 3 days, I have been on the phone with the for at least 3/4 hours daily.
With NO help what so ever, been past from one person to the other.

I have tried all the trouble shooting, 4th day on the telephone to them. Still no solution as of yet..

Been in Dubai since 16 Feb, data roaming and calls worked fine until yesterday (20 Feb) then no data roaming or calls since then. Both my and my wife's mobile and my daughter who is also a sky mobile customer have the same issue. Have checked roaming settings, spend caps and data remaining which are all OK. Suspect there is a Dubai wide outage at a minimum.
