I haven't had my handset for long and I got a new number with it.
I have recently started to get calls and missed calls from random phone numbers. The person they want to speak to isnt me and is another person but all the calls are asking for this elderly lady. Im confused of sky has given me a number which belongs to someone else ?

There are hardly any 'new' previously unused numbers so most likely the calls are for the previous user of that number.

As all mobile number are recycled and not new it does sound like you have to one used by this lady previously so if it keeps happening all you can do is to call Sky and ask them to send you another one and hopefully it will not happen second time around.
