Hello guys, a couple days ago I had ordered a iPhone 16 pro max and some second generation AirPods. But after some thinking I decided to cancel the order I did this by calling the sky helpline they told me that they can cancel the phone but not the accessory as it had already been processed later on I received an email stating that only the phone was cancelled but after the accessory arrived I decided I want to keep it. Does this mean I will get into any sort of trouble with sky? Or will I just keep paying only for the AirPods ? Or will they make me pay both for the phone and AirPods?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Migzayw Keep indefinitely the proof of the phone cancellation that way you are covering in case anything arises in the future but otherwise you will be fine unless a phone unexpectedly turns up
