Query about delivery
A family member is going to accept the delivery of my phone for me as I work everyday in the delivery hours. She has a photograph of my ID, but this doesn't match the delivery address as we moved houses in July. Will she be able to accept this on my behalf?

Re: Query about delivery
If the DPD driver asks for photo I.D. the surname will need to be the same as yours. Sometimes they don't ask but will take a photo of it being handed over. You should get a 1 hour time slot if you're able to get home for a short time.
