I moved to sky mobile on Sunday and transferred my old number over which took place on the 17th since then I can call on what's app but not normally
I can't text and I can't check voicemails I tried Webchat but didn't help then called but again no help looking for any advice
I followed instructions as have an iPhone 16 and using an esim
the customer advisor last night tried to get me to erase network however when I did it switched off the phone ending the call and had another 40 min wait after which he just said he could call my number and it was ringing
so far not a good start and seriously considering moving back to old provider
any ideas how to fix so I can text, call and answer voicemails also internet connection for 4G just says oops your offline !

Try refreshing the network settings so go Settings > General > Transfer or Reset [Device] > Reset > Reset Network Settings. Then go to Settings - Phone - My Number and change it if it is wrong, then reboot the phone. You will need to set up your Wifi connection again.
