Problem with sim card no phone call

Hi . Is anyone had inssue with sky mobile. My phone is good but I can't make calls idk what's going on with its already 3 weeks

My sky mobile stopped working on Tuesday afternoon, 8th July. I've spoken to sky twice, apparently there is a problem with a mast in my area but I've travelled for over 30 miles from home and still no signal. I've just installed a Tesco pay as you go SIM in my second SIM card slot so I can use my phone. Who knows when sky will sort this out
