Private and unknown numbers cannot get through

Hiya, I am having some difficulties where hospitals and my sons care teams cannot get through to my phone due to them being private or unknown numbers I have missed several appointments due to this and I need help in sorting it. I have checked settings and all is as it should could anyone kelp please?

They are private numbers they don't ring from switch board so I can't

Go to settings, phone, silence unknown callers and make sure that is off @Dialou81
