I got a new eSIM it's working but what's the difference between primary and mobile data when calling it gives an option of using primary or mobile data
Same thing happening to me, I switched my number from o2 and my phone has primary and data calls, when I try to make calls using the primary option, it disconnect and will only allow me to use data.
I have just moved from o2 to Sky and noticed that all my calls seem to be using data. When I try to make calls using what is the primary option it just disconnects. Sky have said they will send me a new handset as I've tried a factory reset and that hasn't worked. I am just concerned the same thing will happen again. I moved my number by using the PAC code option so worried it's something o2 haven't done. At the top of my screen it has mobile data Sky and primary no service. Anyone else had this problem?
