Primary and Business Number

Hi,

 

since I've moved my sim from my EE e-sim to my sky sim, it has given me primary and business numbers, 

my phone no longer recognizes my number so I cannot call, iMessage or FaceTime anyone as it isn't recognizing my number or iCloud. Please help me as soon as possible as it is stopping me from contacting people. Thanks.

Just as a note, Sky is a consumer-only product and not for business use.

 

Anyway, have you obtained PAC code(s) from EE and applied them whilst or after activating your Sky SIM(s)?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
