Dear Sky Mobile Customer Service,

I am writing regarding my order for the iPhone 18 Pro Max 256GB in Burgundy, which I placed on 24 September.

It has now been quite some time since I placed the order, and I still have not received the phone. I understand that there may be delays due to demand or stock availability, but I would appreciate a clear update on the status of my order.

Could you please confirm when I can realistically expect to receive my phone? I have already been waiting for a considerable amount of time and unfortunately, I am not in a position to wait much longer.

Please provide me with an exact or estimated delivery date as soon as possible.

Apple themselves are quoting 3-4 weeks for that colour.  Obviously, we cannot provide any update or estimate.

Nope..... it appears to have gone missing at the warehouse. After around 55 calls, 99 messages Sky have finally agreed to reorder a new phone. Even though I'm a VIP customer I am now at the bottom of the waiting list for a new phone 🙄 hopefully I will get one before Christmas!

Hello, I ordered the iPhone 18 pro max burgundy 256gb on the 16th with pre orders. From all my messages with sky chat and calling sky Saturday just gone. You can expect to receive your phone 4 weeks from the order date. They receive stock towards the end of every week, mainly on Thursday and Fridays, and from patterns on here people receive dispatch emails on Wednesday night going into Thursday morning. People on here have also been told that sky up to the 15th-16th of September orders. 

i recently was promised over sky chat I would receive my phone before the 9th of October as I am due to travel that day and selfishly want my new phone for that. However, that's all the information I have, I have been messaging Sky chat everyday.
