Postpone payment

Hi, 

my first monthly payment of £58 is due today, and the £10 insurance is due tomorrow. However there was a problem with wages within my workplace. Would i therefore be able to postpone the payment until Saturday 31st August please?

Payments can not be suspended but if this bill is due to be paid by a direct debit and it fails then Sky will automatically try again in 10 days time so you do not and should not make any manual payments during this time.

 

If you pay by a card and the bill isn't paid then it might be suspended so if this happens you will need to pay the bill yourself and then setup a monthly payment method again on your account before it will be restored.
