Trying to pay my bill but can't

I'm trying to pay my bill but it's not letting me get to the payment page on the app or through chrome, the virtual assistant is know help either. I've tried ringing sky but that's also saying they can't connect my call because I have a cap limit on my sim, which I don't have and never had. At my wit's end now as my phone is now restricted and I can't pay my bill. Please can someone help

You should have a payment method set up like a credit or debit card or a direct debit so that Sky can take it automatically from you each month so do you not have this in place on your account ?

 

If you don't what is actually happening when you login and try to pay the bill, if you see an error message what is it saying ?

Does calling 150 work?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
