I have recently ported both mine and husbands numbers over to sky from another provider and now we are unable to make or receive calls. Can someone help please

Something else to check is that both phones are now showing the correct numbers:
If this is an iphone go to Settings - Phone - My Number and change it if it is wrong, then reboot the phone.
If it is an Android phone go to About Phone > My Phone number, change it and reboot the phone.
