Hi everyone,
I'm having trouble porting my old number from my old sky sim to my new sky sim. When I requested my PAC code and tried to input it on the 'change my number feature' it was still unable to transfer. It just said error. what should I do?

Find out moreWhy are you trying to port from a Sky sim to another one because as @63johnw has said while you can't do this you can continue to use the older sim. If you have activated this other Sky sim you will need to call Sky to ask them to cancel it. 150 is the free number to use to call them on.
