UPDATE!!! I'm absolutely over the moon to say that I got a call and my number will be back tomorrow... massive shout out to FRED who couldn't have been any nicer or helpful to me... I could kiss the ground he walks on right now... so relieved

He said its simple to do. They are calling me tomorrow as soon as it's done as I won't notice. I will definitely post back tomorrow. Thank you all
