Have ported my number from 02 to Sky. I am not receiving text messages - from bank and other one time passcode financial companies. Ported number is showing under all settings on phone and I've tried turning off iMessage and rebooting phone etc, all the things I could find online but still not receiving these texts. Any ideas.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreSky don't support all the short codes. Having said that we've seen a few posts in the last week about this issue and mainly from customers who've moved over from O2. Give Sky a call and report it.
