I have been with sky mobile for 5 years +. Over the past 4 weeks I have struggled to get decent levels of signal around the west malling, Tunbridge wells area. During this period the mobile data has also been poor with 3G at best. What are Sky doing to rectify the poor signal and data service around this part of Kent.

Have had the same issues in North Leeds. Ive contacred Sky so many times and they just say its mast issues, but these mast issues have been goijg on for weeks. They refuse to reimburse me for poor levels of service and will xharge me if i lewve. Awful aervice ans been with them for 5 years.

Once you've had a SIM contract then it's free to leave after 12 months. (Will be reset if you recontract)
