Poor signal all the time

I was EE for years and never had problems now I'm with SKY to save a few Pennies and what a bad decision that was.

soon as I'm in an area with more than a few people I have no signal, at a football stadium forget it! (Everyone around me is able to use there phones)!!!!

what's annoying the most is I have say 3/4 bars of signal and still nothing loads.

I do toggle aeroplane mode which helps for 5 seconds then back to nothing.

I will be leaving SKY at the earliest opportunity!

Re: Poor signal all the time

Same issue where I am, my signal is terrible leading to dropped calls, delays with messages and it's been like that for ages. SKY just keep saying a mast is out of action and their engineers are on it. My sons are with Vodafone and they have no issues with signal? It needs to be sorted.

It's the same reason I left Sky for Smarty - no 5G signal at all in a 5G area & indoors 4G was non existent -  I was lucky to get 4G outside in Towns & Cities.
With Smarty I get 5G in the same areas where I had 0 4G signal & Smarty is cheaper with more data.

Virginia.
I don’t work for Sky.
If I have helped then please leave a like.
