I have no data signal at football matches whilst all friends and family have no problems with other providers.Sky said it was because I had a old sim card(only 2 yrs old).They sent a new sim.Still very poor reception at Football match.Again all friends have no problems with other providers.I am paying for a service that doesn't provide.Help

No I didn't.Sky said my problem was a old sim and when I install new one it will solve the problem
