I have ordered a new phone via sky mobile, all good......except I can't sign the credit agreement!!! I was an hour on th phone yesterday with an advisor, still couldn't sign it, we tried everything linking my account with sky mobile, that was fine. But everytime I clicked the email kink to sign the agreement, it took me straight back to the page to purchase a mobile???
I have tried everything, nothing works, looking on here, it appears to be a common problem, sky really needs to sort this out.
If anyone can help I would appreciate it

Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
