Poor mobile data

Hope I can get some help. I am getting really poor mobile data when in my garden! WiFi is poor here so it switches to 4/5g but buffers all the time!

my WiFi calling is on and Iv reset my network settings.

using a iPhone 16plus.

can anyone advise?
