Poor data offers as loyal customers

I have been a sky tv, mobile and broadband customer for 19 years spending over £300 a month but despite that we can't get the offer for 100gb  of data for £14, that's only available to new sims not loyal customers. We have to pay the full price of £28 a month. Why don't sky reward loyalty?

Even though the data offers are for those who take out a new sim have you tried calling them to see if they will apply them to the one you have now as it has to be worth a try. The lines are closed now and open again tomorrow at 8.30am.
