Poor customer after sales
I purchased an Apple iPhone 13 from Sky, in excess of 12months, and at this time is outside its warranty period.
However, the fault in the phone was reported to Sky when the phone was relatively new and subsequently a circa 12 times, with similar faults.
The fault being when persons try and ring it goes to answer phone and/or tells them I'm not available. It's since had further fault where I try ring out but the end user can't hear my voice.
The customer service won't provide a new phone instead want to repair or take to an Apple repair shop at my cost.--or worse they want to provide me with a new phone and new contract (I've got to be mad to agree with this).
I won't be with Sky if this is the service they provide--mobile, broadband and TV will all be terminated once the contract runs out.--
Surely a replacement phone is a simple solution and in turn I have no down time and they can have terrible Apple 13 back
Regards

Re: Poor customer after sales
Sky does not replace phones unless they can not be fixed which is why they will want you to send it off to either Apple or via Sky themselves.

Re: Poor customer after sales
Your consumer rights do not usually require Sky to replace a device with a new one.
Have you tried a replacement SIM? It sounds more like a network issue than a device one.
How old was it when you reported the 'fault'? You should have returned it to Sky at that point if you believe there was a hardware issue. (You have no right to a loan device though)
