I go to quite a few large events both me and the GF are with sky mobile and always have connectivity issues, to the point where internet is basically unusable, even though both phones will show a strong connection signal. I have a Samsung S24 Ultra she's got an iPhone 15.
We go with friends who are on O2 and at the same events there have no issues whatsoever. We have other friends on Vodaphone, again no issues. Just us on Sky.
Has O2 limited the number of concurrent connections for Sky users on their network ? So when a mast is busy then maybe O2 users get priority or the number of sky users who can connect is limited ?

It appears so - but nothing official.

I think so too.
Did some research and found a few posts that said O2 have confirmed that they prioritise 02 Busniness, then 02 personal contracts then secondary providers.
I guess it makes sense that the secondary providers don't get the same service as they are considerably cheaper.
