Please help with this issue

I have no network and my sim is not a sky sim. It is a sky mobile.. I am unable to call or receive calls.. I cannot get the use of another phone to call sky. .. I am beyond annoyed

You'll probably be better off posting in forum for the provider of the SIM you have...

 

Sky mobiles are not network locked.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

@Alijane 

So to clarify, you're using a Sky issued mobile but with a sim in it from another network (which is fine as all Sky mobiles come unlocked), and as you can't make or receive calls you want to get Sky to fix it?

What sim do you have in the device? Have you contacted that provider or checked for any network issues they may be having?
