Plan change

So I don't have any Internet in my house at the moment due to outage I have been told that it will be fixed on the 30 th April 2026 

I only have 1gb a month due to I do not really leave my house due to illnesses one of them being epilepsy 

so I spoke to sky who said that they will put me on unlimited data till the problem is fixed as I use my home internet 

i was told I would not be charged for this is rightly so as I would be using my internet in my house if it was on 

I have now noticed that I ve been charged £29 for it in 3 days time why ? It don't make sense

It appears that they have changed your plan but have charged you for it unless you see a £29 credit as well on your account, if you don't then you will need to speak to them again.
