Has anyone managed to successfully claim the £250 promotional credit as an existing sky customer?

Its now the 26th of September and I ordered mine on the 21st of August I've been on the phone to them so many times. I've made the complaint and have no reply. I was told them i do not want to cancel my contract and I refused as if i recontact it puts a hard search of my credit score which ain't good. I've signed a contract and it was accepted and there telling me they cant help.  This is a breach of contract and now it's more than a month I've been asking for compensation which I get told there put £10 on my account. I refused been with sky 15+ years... I've been told to go to the ombudsman about this and there claim for me.

Mine was 💯 coming today and guess what's not turned up cancelled and reordered as they said it was stuck in the system .

Tbh I've given up complained and complained it makes zero difference I'm surprised they've got any customers

On another note I've checked my upcoming bills and the pixel dosnt appear on my December bill I've been credited £12 back so it's quite obvious I'll never see the phone I've ordered

Similar situation, I've called them so many times I've actually lost count!!! Finally got somebody to cancel the whole thing properly yesterday. Still waiting for a reply from the "investigation team" though. Absolutely shocking service, the worst I've ever experienced!
