Yes we can.

 

So after 04/06/25 any data older than 12 months was removed as per the new Sky Mobile Piggybank T's and C's. Customers were made aware of this change in the April 2024 price change letters/emails but it's only come into effect this year which may be why quite a few customers have forgotten about it.
