Piggybank automatically rolling over data

Several months ago I rolled-over data from my piggybank to all of my family sim cards.  Since then the same amount of data has been automatically rolling over when the new period starts, resulting in all cards being loaded with GBs of data they don't need at the moment.  Also, the MySky app isn't showing the information correctly.

 

Has anybody else ever seen this happen?

I have the same issue second month in a row. I was told by the tech team that it was a bug and has been resolved, apparently not 🙁
