If by this you mean you have lost a large amount of saved data then what has happened will have been explained in an email or letter you were sent last April. Basically saved piggybank data in remains it for 12 months so any that have been in longer than this has now been removed.

Hi, thanks for update, although I need to work out why I lost 183gb in the May/June period, when I only have 25 gb between 2 mobiles every month. Will need yo check.on when my contract started and hence accumulated up to April.

That would be because all spare data on these mobiles each month will roll to the piggybank so clearly you are on to higher data package for what you actually use on them both each month.
