Piggyback Data doesn't Roll onto SIM

Hi Team, I've recently gone down to a single SIM on my account, following my Mother's Passing. I've always been able to "Roll data" from the Piggyback to my SIM (I tended to use more than my allocation, and accrued Data in the Piggybank from her under utilisation). I've never had a problem rolling data, but recently it's been coming off of the Piggybank balance, but not being added to my SIM. Any help greatly appreciated!

Sorry for your loss.

 

You say this has been happening recently so after rolling and while the data doesn't show up straight away does it then catchup after a few days, if it doesn't this will need reporting to Sky on 150 so they can investigate this for you.

Thanks for the response and condolences. 

The data doesn't appear to be finding my SIM in a delayed matter. I phoned 150 and they suggested it was a tech issue that should be resolved in the next 24hours. As yet it hasn't, the courtesy data they'd offered hasn't come thru and I'm completely out now!

All you can do now is to either call them back and don't let tgem tell you it will be fixed in 24 hours and/or register a complaint via this form:

Thanks for the response, a further hour on the phone and they stopped the issue going forwards, but haven't reimbursed the lost data, so time for the complaint form alas!
