Piggy bank question

If I change my data plan to a lower amount per month, will this affect what's already in my data piggy bank?

Your piggybank data is safe as long as you have at least one active sim on the account so if you lower your monthly allowance make sure it is applied against the sim you have.

@The+Ironside

See this link

Increasing the data plan happens almost immediately.

Decreasing the data plan happens at the start of your next billing period.

Hi @The+Ironside  the only thing that reduces your piggybank data is either you use it or if it is more than 12 months old (used to be 36) then it expires and is removed.
