Why when I moved my mobile contact to sky can I no longer received or send photos in messenger

If your device is using MMS then these are chargeable per message (expensive).

It's either because your device settings do not have the correct APN for Sky MMS and/or are restricted by spendcap.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
